Manufacturers use pre-orders to estimate demand and determine production quantities. This is especially common for limited edition statues, sixth scale figures, premium collectibles, and specialty imports.
When will my pre-order ship?
Our product descriptions include an estimated arrival window provided by the manufacturer. These release estimates are subject to change during production. Delays are common in the collectibles industry due to manufacturing schedules, licensing approvals, overseas shipping logistics, and quality control processes.
Can pre-order release dates change?
Yes. Release dates for collectibles frequently shift forward or backward depending on production schedules. Most manufacturers update estimated arrival windows throughout the development process.
Will sold out pre-orders come back in stock?
Sometimes. Certain collectibles may receive additional allocations or cancellations, but many limited edition statues and figures do not return once pre-orders sell out.

Do pre-orders guarantee availability?
Pre-ordering greatly improves the chance of receiving an item, but availability can occasionally be affected by manufacturer allocation changes or production cancellations.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. Pre-orders may be canceled, however all pre-orders are subject to a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the order total. This deposit helps cover manufacturer reservation commitments and allocation costs associated with limited collectible pre-orders.
Are collectible pre-orders limited edition?
Many collectible statues and premium figures are limited edition, though not all products have published edition sizes. Limited production runs are common throughout the hobby industry.
Why do collectible pre-orders release months in advance?
High-end collectibles often require lengthy sculpting, prototyping, approvals, manufacturing, shipping, and distribution timelines. It is normal for collectible pre-orders to open many months before release.
