Drawing on extensive reference material from our work on the films, Daniel carefully recreated the Goblin King's sagging, diseased flesh and imposing physical presence with remarkable authenticity.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe paint application elevates the sculpture's grotesque realism, with layers of sickly pale flesh, bruised undertones, and infected yellows bringing the creature vividly to life. A bone crown perched atop his misshapen head. A gnarled wooden staff crowned with an amalgamated skull; shrunken trophies hanging beneath as a grim reminder of past victims.
